The interface is easy to use, and their support team is phenomenal.
Its versatility of backing data up locally, to the cloud or hybrid solution. And, that it supports multiple operating systems. In times of crisis, they did respond within 24 hours.

The overall lack of support. They ended up costing me hundreds of dollars due to bugs (data was needlessly downloaded from AWS) and contacting management was an impossibility to obtain reimbursement. Updates broke links on my hybrid backups and again I had to download data from AWS, which cost me money. They are willing to help new accounts with technical issues and my questions and request for best practices on backing up to a specific provider got a response that MSP360 does not provide any free demo/training services/sessions for the customers and need to offer the paid Onboarding/Health Check services to cover this. Basically, they are not responsible for any costs that they may incur upon you, do not seem to provide best practices guides, their marketing materials are a joke, and are willing to charge you when they can.
