The initial learning curve for advanced customization and deeper configuration.
The proprietary nature of the tool itself, the sales team being very difficult to work with (bordering on rude at times) and the product being difficult to use from a market research perspective.
The following are the few points I dislike about NICE Satmetrix: - Cost of this product is expensive - Any new user of this product needs some minor learning curve before they can start using it
