Very efficient collaboration. First of all, our team was deeply impressed by the excellent performance of all-flash backup.Secondly, the solution capabilities and POC capabilities, our team is very satisfied with the test results. Third, Huawei's response capabilities are also great, providing complete solutions within 3 days, completing POC and solving various problems within 15 days. Of course, this also includes the previously mentioned regular health checks and capacity forecasting for hardware equipment, among other things from the OceanProtect team. We believe that in the future they can better solve the various problems we encounter and help us develop better.
Considering production services, the excellent backup and recovery performance was one of the reasons why we chose the backup system. The backup acceleration algorithm and all-flash architecture of the backup system made the backup speed and recovery speed 2 times higher than that of the previous backup system. Secondly, the professional capabilities and response speed of the solution and POC teams help us solve various problems on a regular basis, including the health check of existing hardware devices and the capacity prediction of future backup data. In general, it was a great experience and cooperation. We believe that Huawei's OceanProtect can better solve our problems and help us develop better.
First and foremost, it is the outstanding backup performance. The all-flash architecture also doubled our recovery speed. Secondly, the professional capabilities and response speed of the solution and POC team were impressive. They helped us resolve various issues within 2 weeks, including capacity forecasting for backup data and health checks for existing devices. We believe that Huawei OceanProtect will continue to help us better address various challenges and support our development.
Although the OceanProtect team regularly checks our capacity, we currently have limited cabinet space left and power consumption is also a major concern for us. We hope that Huawei will continue to optimize and innovate in terms of SSD capacity and pricing, so that we can purchase products with larger capacity, lower power consumption and more competitive prices within our limited space.
Currently, due to the rapid growth of service data, I think our cabinet space will soon be full, and the increase of devices will also increase power consumption and heat dissipation problems. We hope that Huawei will continue to optimize and innovate SSD capacity and prices. In this way, we can buy products with larger capacity, lower power consumption, and more favorable prices in limited space.
Although Huawei OceanProtect has high backup performance in database and virtualization scenarios, it currently does not fully support live mount in some cloud and less common virtualization scenarios. We hope that in the future, it will support more backup scenarios.

I'm a storage engineer at a bank. We have been using Huawei's backup products for three years. We first used OceanProtect in 2022 when our database data had reached its capacity limit and the backup window was too small, causing many backup tasks to fail to complete on time. At that time, we communicated with several vendors and compared their technical capabilities. After considering the backup performance and capacity, we ultimately chose Huawei OceanProtect. From 2022 to 2024, OceanProtect has not experienced any hardware issues and the backup window has always been within the speed required by the bank. In addition, the Huawei OceanProtect team regularly inspected our database backup system and provided capacity forecasts. In 2024, due to a significant increase in the number of virtual machines in the group, we once again expanded the backup capacity for virtual machines. As the remaining cabinet space was gradually reduced, we chose larger SSDs. In practical tests, we found that the data compression capability of these SSDs was significantly improved compared to before and the backup performance was also much stronger than before.
