What I like most is how OctoXLabs brings the core of CAASM into a single, usable flow-agentless discovery with 150 API integrations gives fast, trustworthy visibility across assets and applications; that unified inventory is mapped to vulnerabilities from 20 trusted sources so we can truly prioritize; the action center automates hand-offs to our existing tools so fixes actually move; and the risk map makes the riskiest subnets/locations obvious so we can detect, prioritize and respond in minutes.
The platform's ability to normalize and correlate data from multiple system (AD, vCenter, Veeam, Endpoint Central, network devices) into a single asset inventory are simple to configure, and dashboards provide actionable visibility. Its lightweight architecture makes onboarding easy.
1. Limited Customization: While the core functionality is strong, certain dahsboards and reports could benefit from greater flexibility and customization. 2. Advanced Analytics: Some of the deeper analytical features require more refinement to compete with larger, more established platforms. 3.Minor UI Gaps: Although overall user-friendly, there are occasional interface quirks that can slow down navigation for power user.
No negative situation was observed, solutions are provided very quickly.
