The product takes away the burden of administration and allows the team to focus on analysis. Tipping the scales heavy on that end empowers us to be more successful than with other tools and homegrown solutions.
Centralised management interface across mutliple CMCs needs improvement Reslience with CMCs and Data Nodes could be improved.
There are a lot of issues with the product that have a lot of hardware issues. We consistently have issues with other hardware. They only provide the hardware and do not support it so there is a fragmentation of support.
I think there's some polish that can be done in the UI to make it more intuitive for new users. Also, the workflow for editing or maintaining Zeek scripts can be improved.
