Mostly the performance of the product was a bit less than what was expected. Also, searching for logs can be confusing if you don't know where to look, which makes it so that you'll require support.
It is a reliable product but there hasn't been much innovation or upgrades. The AI overlay feels shallow.
I don't have any particular disadvantages issue. I am very satisfied with the solution
