1. Occasional delays during peak times 2.Some advanced features require more detailed documentation 3.Integration options could be further expanded for better compatibility with third party system.
Certain tasks require navigation through multiple screens which slows down workflow and makes day to day less efficient.
1) Oracle does not provide a lot of opportunities for customization (can be considered a positive or a negative) 2) The Order Management module does not have the enhanced and specific capabilities that we'd want, however, it met all must-have requirements 3) Oracle could have provided more support during implementation, however, we relied on consultancy partners to do so
