The people at Orange Business make the difference. Comparing one service provider to another purely on technical differences will be difficult, as most have very robust and comparable solutions. But differences show when you have a flexible account team.
Good understanding of SDWAN, and SDWAN related items. Very good customer service is around this service and the customer focus of the dedicated account teams is very good.

When comparing Orange Business to others I believe there is room for improvement on the quote to bill portion. Quotations can take a relatively long time. This is in part due to the way in which quotations are integrated into their tools and systems. On the flipside, a quote is a quote and usually does not come with last minute surprises like construction charges or rate changes. (which does tend to happen with some other providers). Sometimes it can also take long to kick off a project, as project managers usually only get assigned after a signed order has been received. This can cause delays during initial implementation.
Their managed security is not up to par. This should be better if they want to be a trusted security advisor. Also, the internal processes of Orange are very time consuming and delaying speedy delivery. The fact that they can only process 1 order for one entity is very old fashioned and hindering. Billing accuracy is another topic which can be approved.
Case assigning could sometimes take a bit of time but other than that everything is perfect

Orange is very good in managed SDWAN, they understand the technology and the challenges with configuring and delivering a SDWAN network. Since they liaise with local ISP's sometimes the ability of Orange to delivery local solutions can be challenging. I am not very impressed with their managed security solutions.
