Ease of management and configuration while deploying to our enterprise and government sector customers. Their customer support in APAC region and also the distributor is very quick in handling any issues that arises, we have been through many issues from simple to complex that involves hardware and still able to meet our SLA with the customers
Panorama has a good level of granularity to it, while remaining easy to understand with its top-down application of settings to firewall devices. This makes it easy to apply changes and initial settings, along with making it easy to troubleshoot issues when they arise.

The main issues is pricing , other than that theres no product or service issue.
As I stated in my overall experience, I wish updates weren't so frequent. Having said that, the fallout of this needed process is more of a frustrating inconvenience and doesn't affect the level at which the product functions.
