This product has revolutionised our ability to share data between sites, massively reduced the need for backup, and has greatly reduced our overall TCO for file shares.
File locking - allows multiple users to work in different parts of the same file in our CAD applications. Storage - eliminates the need to store all unstructured data on-premises, requires enough space for active files being worked on. Support - the support team and other teams are excellent and I have seen a great improvement over the last 2 years.
1. As such, remote access to the main storage cloud requires admin access every time. 2. Dashboard should show usage and remaining storage space for important files. 3. Alert for critical file storage failure is not through notification but by email which is inefficient.
There is no option to archive really cold storage, and all data is included in the expensive tier
