I can't speak highly enough about the level of support received and the adaptability of the platform. The coverage is outstanding, and in comparative tests of detection and classification I found Portal26 to be at-level or better (in most cases) than the available alternatives. It allows us to bring forth AI driven innovation while minimizing the trade-offs in security.
One of the biggest strength is the ability to very quickly and accurately at a glance provide deep insight into the fastest evolving technologies (AI) and how it is impacting the company today. This allows you to address the risks and, equally important, draw insights that can help you make more informed decisions that can benefit the business.
We'd love to see an independent standalone option at some point in the future with bi-directional prompt telemetry.
There is nothing that I have identified about the team or the product that I dislike. They are always extremely responsive to the needs of the customer and continually improve
