Powerful software, but advanced functions are often needed and are difficult to learn. You can customize things with PHP, but we encountered a lot of bugs in the process of customizing things.

The use of the tool as administrator or architect is not very complicated when automating processes, but the final result for the client is satisfactory. In my company, the use of the tool became an indispensable process for the purchasing, technical support and IT departments. At the moment we have no objection to the tool.

Prior to the use of ProcessMaker, our business processes have been largely manual and this had caused a poor turnaround time as well as reduced efficiency. However, having automated over 25 critical business processes with ProcessMaker, we have had a whole new experience as a company, resulting in quick and seamless approval as well as tracking of our critical business processes. From a group perspective, it has also influenced the increased profitability of the company.
