This product provides a lot of alerts for lookalike domains and phishing infrastructure. This actionable intelligence, though not top secret information, is helpful to obtain to reduce fraud and risk. At times, we feel that the product/service from Proofpoint is unmatched compared to other similar companies and services.
There are several key factors of the DSPM that are the most valuable. I really like the continuous monitoring and the real time remediation suggestions. There is also the fact that it knows where all the sensitive data is, even those files that are buried deep and no longer actively used.

Getting the system to alert as intended can be time consuming in the beginning. Tuning and prioritizing alerts is usually a time-consuming task since not all flagged domains pose an immediate risk. At times, taking down a domain can take up to several weeks. Proofpoint is doing their best to speed up the process but it would be great to see better prioritization on more urgent matters.
No negatives to speak of.
Some other tools as pre requisite, might be limited depending on the company environment, and depending on what you have in place might have to reorganize your whole company.
