Collaboration - we built a single team which worked together as one Trust - early in the project we set out guidelines around openness and honesty which erased barriers to inefficiency and helped manage expectations Broad skill set - the team comprised individuals of differing personalities and skills which enabled us to address the whole project from end to end and where there were gaps on the client side PWC came to the rescue and plugged the skills/resource gap without fuss Good knowledge of international requirements.

The approach to loading historical data relating to source currencies was flawed and resulted in a reporting error. The target design for procure to pay included the use of Oracle's OCR tool - we worked hard to train the tool in testing but when we went live the tool underperformed. We had multiple project managers due to staff retention.
No specific weaknesses. We are happy with our long term relationship with PwC and continue to expand our work with their firm. As any minor project circumstances come up, both sides have proactive communication and adapt accordingly.

In Summary I would recommend PwC Managed Services.
Our organization has been with PwC Managed Services since the 4th quarter of 2019. This involves day to day programming / config changes as well as new system projects. A large project that was completed in 2020 was our Order to Cash re-write. This was completed in July. They have also implemented two other projects. In addition to system development, PwC also automated our testing scripts for the Oracle quarterly patch upgrades. In each case, PwC was able to deliver a high level of knowledge and expertise. I am very satisfied with the PwC Team.
