From a service perspective, PWC's resources integrated very well with all our teams - from presenting to key stakeholders & executives, to managing the core project team, to working closely with the internal our IT development team to deliver functionality. From a technology perspective, the S4 implementation resulted in near real-time financial consolidations, significantly expediting our org.'s close timeline. The product also resulted in many manual processes being automated, freeing up time for key Finance personnel.

PwC brought an automation first, digitally enabled approach. At the same time, they worked with us to envision the future state and tailored their approach to meet our S/4 HANA objectives, enabling/supporting our resources for success along the way.
Overall, we had no major issues with our project. If we had to identify on area for improvement, it would be spending additional time during the contracting phase to make sure the mix of resources is scoped out sufficiently.
Company specific understanding of risk and risk based framework. They are more focused on their company's perspective than client company perspective wrt risk, impact, security and other requirements. Not one size can fit all, every company is different and when it comes to a conglomerate it becomes even more tricky.
Delivering a global program with common processes and aligning resources from network firms required some incremental effort but resulted in improved global governance.
