PwC brought an automation first, digitally enabled approach. At the same time, they worked with us to envision the future state and tailored their approach to meet our S/4 HANA objectives, enabling/supporting our resources for success along the way.
Overall, we had no major issues with our project. If we had to identify on area for improvement, it would be spending additional time during the contracting phase to make sure the mix of resources is scoped out sufficiently.
Company specific understanding of risk and risk based framework. They are more focused on their company's perspective than client company perspective wrt risk, impact, security and other requirements. Not one size can fit all, every company is different and when it comes to a conglomerate it becomes even more tricky.

This is specific to the SAP TPM Platform implementation and support: PwC's Trade Management practice is top notch. They have top consultants who understand the Trade business process and know the SAP system inside and out. They work closely with SAP behind the scenes to ensure customers are represented and changes are made to the system to avoid customizations. Their AMS services have been excellent. We recently moved from a low-cost provider and there is no comparison. They take full ownership of issues and drive to resolution. They drive improvement initiatives and actively work to reduce incident counts. This has resulted in improved customer satisfaction. They also reward their associates for improvement ideas which drive the proper behaviors. They are not a low-cost provider, but you get what you pay for. Trade is too important for us to go low cost.
