The Redpanda UI is one of the most complete out there
Very good documentation and support. BYOC option is great, although we wish the rpk was a little more useful w. the byoc clusters. The built-in prometheus server, as well as the terraform provider and the dataplane_api, makes devops happy :)
The pricing model. When I was last evaluating the pricing was x4 higher than the competitors that we were consider switching away from to use RedPanda.
The Redpanda Operator for Kubernetes.
Many of the operations available with rpk on cloud clusters are not available on byoc clusters. And the dataplane api can be a little cumbersome, but overall there isn't anything we have needed to or wanted to do that we could not, and this is really not too big of an issue for us....but it's the only thing I could think of bc there's not much that comes to mind when I ask myself that question.

Redpanda has one of the best customer onboarding experiences I've been through. They were patient and super responsive. They made it simple and worked with us on every detail, from the first call, through the POC and getting the agreement executed. A reliable product, yet to be matured

Easy to Configure, Simple to Maintain, and a Great Fit for Modern Streaming
Redpanda has been a great introduction to streaming systems. It was easy to configure, and once it's running, it's simple to maintain. There's still a lot to learn, but the platform makes it easier to get started without needing deep experience with kafka or distributed systems
