It is highly customizable so it allows us to make it work with our other systems. The lead generation works well. The customer service was quick to respond and helpful when needed.
The product is customizable, but you need proper training to be able to utilise these features, which we were not provided
It simply works - we have so many systems running concurrently and the Sage team helped us get setup in a few weeks, and implement/launch the integrations. Anytime we've run into problems or issues, they've been quick to resolve any problems.
The user interface was not friendly and took some of our users longer than expected to get onboarded. It was a steep learning curve. The base software was plug n play but many things needed to be customized. After the customization was done, it worked well but the time for the customization took longer.
The interface is outdated, the setup took a very long time, and the support was not great. Also we were unable to make changes out selves always had to get support Due to this we never seems to get it working as it was intended
It's cumbersome - due to the intricacies of our systems, in order for us to stay compliant, we need a ton of different documentation. Sage's integrations are tedious to set up and can often times find things breaking as updates are made on other platforms. I think this is just the nature of the business and Sage is still able to handle this in a sustainable way.
