What I like most about Salesforce is that it just works. Salesforce can handle the most complex configurations and pricing, which makes quoting much faster and easier.

Great for enterprise scenarios with layered pricing, bundles, eligibility rules, and contracts that standard CPQ tools struggle with. Works tightly with Salesforce data models and industry-specific objects, making it powerful once fully integrated into the ecosystem Highly Scalable for Large, Regulated Orgs

What I dislike about Salesforce is that adjustments to account details have to be edited manually. Because many people are on one company's Salesforce pages, adjustments can be made on accident and fixing the information can be tedious.
