About the product: It is a light software for secure files and folders, not like a traditional DLP software and easy to use. About the service, they have their main office close to us, so we have direct communication with all their teams. Marketing, commercial, deployers...
The key strength lies in controlling access to information in transit, and particularly after it has been sent. Maintaining this control is fundamental.
We can customize UI and functionalities. New actions can be added, and existing ones can be modified. Incoming or outgoing data can be exchanged with other systems thanks to API calls.
I have no bad opinion about it, it works fine, it done all of it said and we have not had any security event since we are using it.
The administration tends to be complex. The initial setup presents a high level of effort and complexity. The user interface could be more intuitive, particularly for external parties with whom we share information, who are not subscribers to the service and may be a factor in resistance or non-adoption.
As a European customer, we have to deal with time shift. Project and Tasks is not fully implemented in the product, so we don't use this part of it.
