Synergy's core product, SnapFulfil, is a cloud-based, Tier 1 warehouse management system (WMS) with flexibility at its core. It leverages a rules-based configuration engine, allowing customers to make system changes quickly and easily as operational needs evolve. The latest product from Synergy is SnapControl, a multiagent orchestration platform (MAO) that provides seamless and efficient control of all warehouse devices and robots, with a low total cost of ownership and rapid time to value. SnapControl is device agnostic and able to integrate with any robot, system, device, etc.

The ability to have all locations inside one program. One pane of glass is critical for managers and c-levels. Once again, the excellent support is critical. Just outstanding support. Regular support is excellent as well, for low priority issues.
I like that you can utilize the software to manage serialized inventory and have clear management insight into the day to day operations with reporting and dashboards.
It has a wide range of case studies readily available for you to go through. Third party logistics support is very good and inventory transfer process is very simplified and every transfer is logged and tracked for auditing and reconciliation purpose.
The ability to create our own reports would be ideal. In addition, Java should be discontinued. I would expect HTML5 to be used. I suspect that SnapFulful's may not be completely cloud-based on their side. If hybrid, I suspect that Java is on the legacy systems and HTML5 and full-cloud will follow.
Serial item tracking was an issue as serail level and inventory level management would get mixed up. Some times the scan guns recommended by SNAP would fail or freeze. Tote management by the warehouse staff, sometimes they would get confused.
There should be a feature to label fragile materials as fragile so they can be handled with care.

Support has been exceptional. A representative even came on-site during a new location implementation. Being a smaller WMS company, we receive faster service than we would if the WMS company were a much larger company. Excellent WMS software requires customer input!
I would provide 3 out of 5 stars as the software was capable of operating as a WMS, however when implemented the uniqueness of our business was not applied and so there were some data issues following implementation.
