The ability to manipulate the search result sets - promote important content or demote old content. Swiftype allows us to do this.
I like that it offers fast predictive search results and an easy to get started interface. I like that the customization and weighting of search results are easy to update. I love that it has a wide base of information in its main dashboard, so it will handle your queries more efficiently without any hassle or interruption from malvertising. I like that the free trial version of Swiftype is very useful, especially for those who are just getting started with the system. I love that with this software it is possible to configure the search engine of your site in a very simple way. I like the management of the website and the ability to track any results, and their technical team is always on. I love that it provides full control over exactly which search results should appear in queries.
The cost.
I am unable to review all the indexed pages - I want to be able to review all the links it has indexed
It is expensive in each function that it has designed, which is not appropriate for low-cost companies and which can be quite a problem, since each package with different and improved functionality contains a different cost each. There are no configuration options to index documents made from Word or any PDF format. Due to unstructured data, sometimes the accuracy of SwiftType results is not of great quality.

A site search platform that provides all the features needs, but that's all.
We've been using Swiftype since before it was acquired by Elastic. It's a good product, don't get me wrong, but it just doesn't seem to get as much love as Elastic's other products. There doesn't seem to be much movement towards new features, documentation, or interest from the company.
