Sysomos is very strong with mining data from Twitter, and Instagram, just as long as the content uses your keywords and hashtags, but is very weak when it comes to mining data from other channels.
The amount of data that they have is not matchable. The availability of historical data of upto 1 to 2 years depending upon the source is remarkable.
For markets like Miami, not being able to accurately capture bilingual or Spanish language media

User experience on the channel, particularly on the Analyze function has a lot to be improved, as it is not as intuitive.
