As an administrator, I find the Zero-Touch deployment and its ability to scan internal-to-internal traffic and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to be its standout features. From a user perspective, the protection is completely transparent, providing a secure environment without any latency or impact on daily productivity. While the management console can occasionally feel a bit slow to respond, the level of security—especially the AI-powered BEC detection—provides a level of confidence that traditional gateways simply cannot match. It is a robust, "set-and-forget" solution that bridges the gap between enterprise-grade control and user-centric simplicity.

“Quick Setup and Advanced Features of Trend Micro Cloud App”
Trend Micro Cloud App aims to block phishing, spam, greymails etc. It also connects to your sharepoint and onedrive to scan files for malware. Setup is easy to do, but we do notice several phishing mails coming through although we have it set to the highest security setting.

Reliable, Secure, and Easy-to-Deploy Email Security Solution
I use this solution to secure cloud applications in our daily work, it is easy to use and helps in protecting data different apps the interface is simple and most features are easy to understand, setup was manageable but took some time to explore properly, sometimes it feels a bit slow and a few options are not easy to find overall it works well for our needs.
