Threat detection capabilities are good. Endpoint control is a good feature. Email security is addition advantage with this product. Inbuilt firewall capability.
I like it because your computer is always protected and updated. It is an application that protects and prevents unauthorized access to data of all applications and platforms of an organization; all workloads on servers, whether physical, virtual or in the cloud. Alert those cyber thieves and hackers, who access the network and hijack data and systems. It incorporates control of applications and ports to prevent users from sending information to inappropriate recipients. It is a maximum protection tool in a single product from Anti-spyware, Firewall , Web Filter, Antispam, etc.
File reputational services and web reputational service
Support services requires improvement. Sometime it takes time to push endpoint policies.
What I do not like is the performance is slow. The reports are erroneous since there are no scheduled reports of outdated agents.

In addition, threat information is detailed so that problems can be resolved. Implementation is very easy and overall experience is very good

Very bad according to compliance features
We are completely dissatisfied with this product whether it is worry free,office scan and apex one as a service. This issues are : - 1) Perfomance of laptops/desktops got very slow after installing agent. 2) In device control we can't add specific mobile device to exception list if tried to add Serial ID still it is getting blocked. So there is no feature for specific mobile device block . 3) Moving systems into groups automatically is there in worry free but this is not possible in officescan and apex - A very needed feature which should be there. 4) In trend micro encryption server there is no one to one device mapping feature that means a user must be restricted to its system only as a security compliance/feature but its only having option of group policy that doesn't meet our compliance. 5) And the most important basic feature of reporting which every industry needs for compliance purposes is not there. In reporting i meant scheduled reports of OUTDATED AGENTS is not there in all the products Worry free, office scan and apex. Meanwhile In worry free you can generate manual report of outdated agents but no scheduling for the same. In office scan and apex you can't generate even manual report of outdated agents and this is a very critical issue keeping the view of compliance purposes. It is badly affecting our security/compliance policies. All the issues mentioned above are truly acknowledged by the Trend Micro team and everytime they asked me for feature request. So we all can see there are no basic features available and all these features are there in Symantec but we didn't know that before migrating from symantec to trend micro.
