The general idea of the test management tool is great. And having it integrated with test automation is our goal
It is great at reporting to create detailed and pictorial dashboards and charts. It is easy to plan the test using test manager. It has some good integration capabilities.
Ease of use and integration with Jira is what is popularly desired with qTest
Notification settings are very static and only little customizable. Defects cannot be linked to other defects Insights is hard to setup - reports can be shared by mail, but you cannot write a text as mail body to it
It does the job well in its area but lacks the latest features and innovations in today's AI world like self-healing test cases and automated test completion.
The limited APIs and the qTest Insights reporting is not very robust.
