I like their support service. I remember once I had problems about sync information from third-party so I had to ask for support from the team at very late night. And they offered me support at once and helped me to solve the problem quickly. They are just great.

Unified identity management function and quick sync ability.

Web session management function is easy to use. The design of the portal is simple but clear.

I don't have any problems so far.

I think they need to improve the privilege access management function to make finer control of it.
