I like that it provides comprehensive Kubernetes-native backup and restore functionality with policy-driven automation, that it supports multi-cloud and hybrid environments with broad storage integrations, and that it has a clear GUI with RBAC and security features built in.
Occasional issues and some features feel too rigid and having more flexibility would make the experience even more effective and attractive for a new user or customer.Some tasks require a lot of steps than expected so teh process feel less intuitive than it could really be.Also performance sometimes can lag at peak moments which in a few cases interrupts the whole process.some topics are extremely covered well while on a some others feel brief or incomplete, making troubleshooting harder.Not everything works seamlessly with third party tools or enviroments , leading to some extra work.While some basic features are really straightforward , more advanced capabilities require more time and trial error to fully understand.
Complex initial setup Limited Flexibility
The initial setup and deployment can be complex and has a steep learning curve. Some integrations with less common storage systems have limitations. Support responsiveness has been incocnsistent at times.

Comprehensive Coverage for Backups and DR but Faces Storage and Privilege Issues
The new subscription model of Veeam is what got me into it, the segregation between different types of functionalities has helped organizations to choose the product based on their usage. For example, a user who has backup only requirement can use the basic version, a user who wants both backup and monitoring can use the mid version and a user who wants DR orchestration as well can use the highest version and so on.
