Visually appealing, good search functionality, helpful resources when issues arise.
Coverage of all phases of vendor management starting from procurement, due-diligence, vendor selection, contract renewals, closing the contract, etc.
Changes and movement of platform features created some confusion. When the last update was made, a few individual platforms did not update properly, and we needed to open several help desk requests for assistance.
Enhancements are rolled out by Venminder without proper vetting and testing prior to implementation. More often than not these enhancements break something else and finding bugs in the platform is commonplace.
