The reporting is fantastic, we can see at a high-level what data and pass rates etc we are working with, but you can also drill down into smaller scale analytics. It was also very easy to set up from the outset, which from my experience is a rarity with this kind of software. The support provided along the way has also been great.
UX, Customer friendly, Market price
It is easy to deploy and provides a terrific end user experience. It has an API so it can be integrated with our proprietary business management software. It is absolutely the most cost-effective option on the market. Their customer service is responsive, even from a significantly different time zone.
I really cannot fault it, but if I had to choose something, I would say the cost is higher than I would like to pay, however I can see why it is on the pricier side.
Use, not friendly, not unique
I have not identified anything I dislike about the product or customer service.
