Upgrades/updates are pretty seamless.
It mitigates cyberattacks by monitoring access/auditing privileged access. I like it makes enforcing least privilege easy. It reduces attack surface.
RAWTCP access requires local administrator privileges for remote support and the workaround to make it work is not easy to implement.
Support is fine but for some issues are still there since years.

Some bugs are present since the first installation and configuration, from the support everything we raised will be "fixed in the next release" which is most of the time not the case. The "HA" features is nothing less than a simple database replication and so you need to manually set the exact same settings between both of your "HA node".
