To get in to the extended support versions of API Manager 4.x release tree from a older version the migration process is not something that can be explained as a nice user expiriace. But it seems to be improved with the new release lanes.
Complexity in initial setup and configuration, requiring in-depth technical knowledge and expertise. Occasional challenges with performance optimisation and scalability, particularly in high-demand environments or while dealing with large volume of API traffic. Limited out-of-box integration with certain third-party systems.
The user interface is not very intuitive and can be challenging for new users to navigate, integration with other systems can be cumbersome and not always straightforward and the upgrade process can be difficult and sometimes leads to compatibility issues with existing configurations.
