As an SDR for an IT company, I have been using Zendesk Sell for a year now. In my role, I mainly use Zendesk Sell to follow-up incoming leads, track all communication with clients and qualify/disqualify them. Moreover, I have visibility of their progress in the sales pipeline, where the platform allows me to track every action and keeps me posted of my daily tasks as it is easy to integrate with my email provider. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, I just needed one week or two to feel confident using it. My overall experience with Zendesk sell is good its interface is very much clean and simple which makes me comfortable while using it and i can use it on my mobile which keeps me productive on the go also i can setup it without seeking any help from my IT team but the overall cost is much higher than other.
