That is migrated our data from Dropbox including shared links - very methodical in the approach. Received reports after each user and shared drive migration.
The mail migration went smoothly.
- Great communication - Their web tool was great to give updates and understand where we are during the project - Worked as intended and we got our migration done efficiently and properly.
There was nothing we disliked about the product or service. We would recommend providing customers with a checklist of all that needs to be done prior to the migration. Knowing all the expectations on our end - We didn't know we had to have all the users log into Google in order for the migration to happen. Understanding that group membership wouldn't migrate, we had to populate that information.
Main issues with them is that they lied about what services they were migrating and tried to cover it up. Do not use them if you expect your data in tact.
'The only thing I can bring up is there was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning but it came from both sides. It was quickly addressed and resolved.

Incomplete Calendar Event Migration Results in Data Loss and Miscommunication
Our company of 300 users was stuck in a multi-tenant environment with Google Workspace and Microsoft. We reached out to Cloudfuze for the migration of email and calendar. We told Cloudfuze about the requirements for all user data including Calendars and they said it's not a problem. The migration kicked off on 10/10/2025 and the mail migration went well. When reviewing the Calendars we noticed that not all of the calendar events have migrated. After working with the Migration Manager Cloudfuze came back and said they do not Migrate events that were sent from external senders. This completely contradicted what they told us in our kickoff meetings, sales calls, information advertised on websites, and questions we asked them during our weekly meetings and they only came back with this information after 3 days of troubleshooting. Additionally, they did not migrate meeting notes to the calendar events. They also make you pay in full up front so they are covered if they don't complete the project. To top it all off, we were told we would have full support over the migration weekend by the migration manager and we were told there would be a developer on-call if there were issues.
