support and lay out. if you cant figure things out from the documentation, support is just a call away. no long waits, they are pretty prompt and all the support i have received has been accurate and timely.

I appreciate the device control, enforced encryption, compliance management templates, and detailed reporting and analytics that the tool provides. We have specific rules tailored to our different departments and roles which makes it easy to manage based on job level. I like that it works great on Mac or Windows.
it can be used by beginners, but this program can be advanced and often requires you understand your enviro and tech very well. you can break things and cause downtime if you dont know what youre doing and that experience takes time. the product is solid, its who you put behind it that matters.
