The fact that they have a community set up and an ambassadors group. I am also a true believer about the product's purpose, which is to show us what the user behavior is and what the user values within the digital journey. It would be harder to find these insights and get the data we need without Adopt.

We've used Nexthink to pinpoint problematic application versions and outdated firmware, implement targeted fixes, and validate successful updates. 3. Forward Thinking Innovation with AI: Nexthink's product team consistently demonstrates a future-focused mindset. Their integration of AI ensures the platform remains relevant and powerful. From AI governance tools to self-service troubleshooting and advanced support workflows, AI driven features will empower multiple teams across to work smarter and more efficiently.
Right now we are going through a contract review that is taking too long, and is holding us back in terms of the adoption strategy. The end user experience itself with Adopt is also not the best, I do believe that the Product Team has room for improvement when it comes to UX and UI for the end user. The look and feel of the tooltips are too rigid and old fashioned compared to the navigation styles we are used to in digital products.

Defining clear processes and ownership requires significant effort. 2) Limited branding options for campaigns: OOTB campaigns offer minimal flexibility for customization and branding. This limits the ability to align communications with our visual identity and tone from multiple business groups within our organization. 3) Steep learning curve: The platform's broad functionality comes with a high learning curve. Teams need time and training to fully leverage its features and maximize value.

The product itself its powerful and the relationship with the CSM team is strong. What I miss sometimes is a more proactive support, bringing external ideas and insight analysis based on the analytics performance on how we set up the product internally, but also market trends. The Team behind Nexthink, both in pre-sales and in post-sales, has been exceptional. They provided support for every step along the way and are always available for help, especially during the onboarding. No matter if it's for further product presentations or help with working councils or data protection. The Nexthink Platform speaks for itself in my opinion. It collects vast amounts of data and at the same time manages to balance the split between being good for the technical employees during Troubleshooting and insightful for high level management views.
