Coupa has been great for matching POs to receipts and saving time using multiple services or approaches previously. Its easy and efficient to have everything in one place. Also for managing VAT compliance across regions its great. I also find it easier to have suppliers in one place to collaborate with as a kind of supplier portal. However we have had some issues with integration and syncing data with legacy systems and there's a bit of a sharp learning curve and training to be done for colleagues initially which has been slightly challenging.

See Full DiscussionWe are about to start a tender process for this and going to attempt to use the Buy Smart functionality. We also have a SAP based architecture for our ERP however it is unlikely we will go with Ariba mainly based on cost and complexity.
