Remote control feature has issues. We have purchased another solution to use for remote control. Support has struggled at times to address issues. Administration console does not function well unless run from the core server.
The interface could be more user friendly.

The visibility of real-time metrics is invaluable to use to monitor and keep track of assets. Customizing bots is a great way to manage one-off requests for automation. Patching has improved our capabilities to keep our satellite stores updated and secure Discovery is a great way to make sure network segments stay clean of foreign and unknown devices. The documentation is on the product informative and is easily accessible. The Remote-control connections are sub-par. There has been some feature loss compared to the EPM product.
