Folder concept for layering profile configurations.
Very easy to use. Once feature which is great is the ability to remote onto mobile and tablet devices to easily support end-users. The ability to also copy files is great.
The maturity and stability of the 2024 version is solid enough to support over 100K devices. The GUI of the 2024 version and it's search feature feel next-gen and refined. Soti, the manufacturer of the application, is a well established business in Canada and has offices all around the world.
Connectivity issues that Support has been unable to resolve.
Pricing is a little expensive and the reporting tools need some work, quite complicated to use and slow. The product is getting quite outdated to other products on the market.
Obviously after using the product for 10 years we encountered a few downsides. Most annoying one would be the support, it is OK. You get level 1 included by default. The agents are nice and friendly but hard to reach. Forget support outside of business hours. You can level up with enterprise support but the pricing for larger customers is just unreal. Soti needs to address this. Next con would Soti super high turnover rate, it is super hard and almost impossible to build a strong contact foundation at Soti.
