The best feature is the fact that you can setup OTP and MFA. There's a section for your own individual personal passwords, separating from different customers or environments. You can TAG objects, so it's easier to identify when searching It's easy to generate passwords.
The confidence in the secure storage of credentials along with the ability to share them in a secure manner.
In my mind the leading password managers are on equal footing technically - similar if not identical ciphers and architectures. 1Password excels above the others in usability. I haven't used competitors since TOTP and FIDO2 MFA became prevalent, but using those to log in with 1Password is absolutely seamless - providing excellent protection with minimal friction.
It's easy to move objects to the wrong category and know where it's moved without access to auditing.
There are consistent issues with the chrome extension. Locks and account removals are a recurring challenge. Previous support inquiries were raised to no result.
From an enterprise perspective, until recently the only option to create accounts based on Active Directory has been with a containerised solution with broad connectivity requirements. I understand this has recently changed, with this container essentially hosted by AgileBits, and hope to look further into this in the future.

1Password - An effective, secure password vault
1Password has significantly improved security and operational efficiency within our business. The transition from older password management methods to 1Password was smooth, and the platform underpins secure access. In terms of what worked well: Centralised credential management. All customer and vendor credentials are stored securely in your own instance, eliminating scattered storage of sensitive information in insecure locations such as excel docs. You can use OTP/MFA codes into the logins so no one person is stuck with an MFA code. The notes are useful and the search functions work well if you label items correctly. In terms of what it provides, it does what it says on the tin. One feature that would have been nice is the ability to share a password securely with someone. - Manager, IT Security and Risk ManagementGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source
My first choice for enterprise and personal use
A leading personal password manager with a focus on usability. While the desktop application doesn't work in a highly locked-down environment (without custom firewall rules) the browser plugin does. As a personal customer I love the consistency of experience across Windows, MacOS and Linux; as a developer I love the command-line integrations; and as an Enterprise customer I've enjoyed their enterprise support and appreciated the continual trickle of new features added to Watchtower and the Admin interface. - Manager, IT Security and Risk Management1B-10B USDMediaReview Source
A security solution your workforce actually wants to use
1Password is a great password management solution with a solid security architecture, excellent support, and a constantly evolving feature set. As with any password manager, customers should be aware of certain responsibilities that remain their own. - CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Robust Extension Functionality Noted Alongside Lack of Free Personal Tier Offerings
The setup experience was solid, and the browser extension, web app, and Android app all work perfectly as needed so far. The security seems robust and the UI is smooth and intuitive. I like the format of the emergency kit and the emphasis placed on security. One touch I particularly liked is that when 1Password walked me through downloading the Chrome password CSV file is that 1Password reminded me to deactivate online backup for the area where I was downloading the file, to make sure that the file didn't get uploaded to cloud storage. - It Security & Risk Management AssociateGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
