The thing I like the most about it NordLayer that it is simple to use and it does the job of a VPN very well. It also has many other services like a cloud firewall, a secure gateway, and some great speeds, at least in my experience.There were also some great prices in my experience.

Easy to deploy, high performance, highly compatible with our existing tech stack and requires almost no maintenance.
I did not like that NordLayer has a sort of steep price curve that would get too expensive after a while. They charge on a per-user basis, which makes it too expensive if I want all of the features.
I have to contact customer support for all questions or simple requests, payment is a bit confusing, use only one currency.
Cost is high compared to similar solutions Not many in-depth technical knobs to tweak behavior for unique scenarios doesn't work in niche scenarios requiring some custom tooling for use.
