From the support folks, to their project managers, to the system engineers, to the owner of the company, their customer service has been impeccable. They are extremely responsive, and willing to help with any issue or configuration requested.
I truly appreciate their technical support, they really respond quickly and not only fix the issue but show how I can resolve it myself in the future.
The fact that it will never drop a call even during a loss of power is amazing and comforting to our school community.
If there were one thing I'd change, the admin interface is not quite as discoverable as I'd like. However, they conducted multiple training sessions, and whenever we can't figure out how to do something we just drop them an email and they do it for us
I truly think the specific phones (IP1020 & IP682GV) we have are not the best quality as far as volume levels and ring tones, but still a good value.
I wish that the digital clocks had an option to have an analog face which is helpful in elementary classrooms where they are trying to teach clock reading.

We were forced to completely replace our legacy phone system for all 18 schools and sites with little notice. When the bids came in for our RFP, 101Voice provided one of the most impressive feature sets at the lowest cost of any of the vendors. They were able to gear up for our transition very quickly and they were incredibly responsive throughout the process. When we had to switch gears and ask them to come out and swap 3 full sites in two days with no notice, they stepped up and completed the request without a hitch.
