This product is a single platform product and its use is very easy and improves our communication skills quickly and product service is very supportive and reliable. good for field services.

Lots of different features, its a bit of an all in one solution, which is good as I know technology companies generally want to reduce tech debt. You also don't need to go in and out of different systems all the time, so there is some productivity benefit on that front. The insights it provides are basically real time, so you can act on things quickly, which is generally important in sales. You can customise also to do things how you want them done in your organisation.
There are some things I dislike, such as the product interface. It is very modern so this used so difficult and that performance issue is arise for it then some gaps are integarted in it.
1. Integration Complexity: The initiatives integration with existing legacy systems required more technical expertise and time than anticipated 2. Learning Curve : neew users need substantial training to fully utilize advanced customization features effectively 3.Mobile App Performance : Occasional performance issues on mobile devices during peak usage times and particulary in areas with limited connectivity
I hate that its not all so intuitive and that I needed to spend more time onboarding than I would like. Products from several other providers are more intuitive in my opinion. Support is generally a bit slow due to time zone differences when I was using it
