I met with many vendors, but 360 SOC stood out immediately. They were incredibly easy to work with, were willing to customize their services to meet our specific needs, were willing to negotiate pricing due to our educational institution status with very limited budget, and they immediately hopped to deployment, walking us through each step of the way, if not handling it themselves. They have been super great to work with even after deployment. They have discovered things that we never would have, which enabled us to respond before they became incidents (such as a user having compromised her credentials via a link in a phishing email). In the past, we relied on our users telling us so we could secure their account (which she didn't), so we wouldn't have known...except that 360 SOC told us.
