Robust Easy to use Can test many variations
First of all: The technical support and ongoing assistance from the ABSmartly team have been invaluable, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the success of our projects. Apart from that: - The flexibility to setup the experiments; - The easy-to-use user interface; - API integrations; - The ready-to-use SDKs;
- translating highly complicated statistics into easy to read results - no impact on performance - ease of experiment implementation
Nothing at all
One area for improvement is the limited ease of use when injecting JavaScript components directly onto pages for rapid experimentation. While it's possible, the process isn't as intuitive or drag and drop as with some other platforms, which could streamline setup and reduce time-to-test. Adding multi-armed bandit testing capabilities would also enhance the platform, enabling more adaptive experimentation methods. One last small detail: I miss having some dashboard-style visualizations. This would make it easier to monitor experiment performance at a glance and provide a more intuitive overview of ongoing tests and results
- early days in terms of user management - lack of multiple experiments (program) reporting - although that's coming already (very excited) - lack of advanced collaboration features (early days of Slack integration delivered)
