The ability to learn from previous invoices from the vendor to autofill. The ability to post directly to our GL system. The ease of putting in an expense report for myself.
The company's invoice management solution helped us to automate' invoice processes, including data entry, document management, and reporting. Its OCR technology enabled us to reduce manual data entry errors and gain more visibility by checking the invoice process statuses from anywhere at any time.

Some of our vendors have different addresses and it comes up multiple times when I search for a vendor to find a specific invoice. Having to go back to the home screen to switch over to the expense view from accounts payable seems inefficient. Occasionally it inputs the wrong information from the invoice.
I feel a lack of innovation and some integration capabilities were tuff to integrate with my current application portfolio.
There are occasional blips where individual vendors may struggle with their work with AVID's customer service team.

This software solves multiple problems with our business to business invoicing for our payable and receivables teams. We were having issues with incoming manual invoices and needed a way to clean up the process and make it work more efficiently.
