Some of the features which I liked the most about this are:- 1) Custom Dashboards:- The ability to create custom dashboards is just awesome, which helps us to analyze the data with more precision. 2) Customer Support:- The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, they provide excellent support whenever needed. 3) Real-time Insights:- The ability to see real-time data & predict user behavior across multiple channels has been invaluable by which we can focus more on customer behavior. 4) Data Integration:- Seamless integration with various data sources and CRM platforms has streamlined our operations.
I like that this platform has a user-friendly design which makes it simple to use and high precision in generating predictive insights which makes it seamless for user experience.
I like its powerful predictive analytics and the ease with which it integrates with various data sources. The platform's AI and machine learning capabilities provide actionable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions. The user interface is relatively intuative, though the advanced features may take time to master.
The things which I disliked the most are :- Overall it is a good product, but pricing can be more favorable and also it has a steep learning curve. In my opinion, These two points can be treated more.
For small firms, pricing might be difficult and the process for handling data needs to be improved.
