That it can back-up your data/workloads in the cloud and locally from within one console.
Well known within the industry. Great improvements to cloud backup capabilities. Great cost effective product for the SMB market, or single server environments
Works across all of our platforms, it has some really strong in-built security to help with data protection and is really easy for the team to use with a brilliant user interface.
For the tool to work for MSP's multi-tenancy would be a real advantage, that way it would be easier to setup this tool for multiple customers.

Random job failures with no clear resolution given. Support has been patchy.
