I like the many different types of reports that can be pulled from it.
Good customer support, UI design is easily understandable and wide range of usability
It integrates well with our in-house CRM tool and provides reports for the consumption of different departments.
I think when we were configuring it to work for what we need it for, we couldve done things a little differently but overall, the one thing that i've found to be a nuisance is the way the site goes down like it does. But luckily, one ticket to support and they get it back up and going. Another thing that is a nuisance is the way it stops generating our invoices/statement pdfs. But again, submit a ticket to support and they will get things back up and going.
Pricing structure can be improved, complexity of functions used and ease of usage can use some improvement
Customization and user experience can be improved further.
