I can not really think of anything I dislike about the product. I have always been curious why so many processes are used by BDS but the product does not seem to have much overhead with it.

There's not much to dislike about Binary Defense. They say what they do and they do what they say and they do it right. Tremendous value add for our security program.

Over time, the quality of service from Binary Defense declined significantly. The cost vs value that we are receiving isn't very good at all. Triage alerts are often missing information or context.
