Intuitive implementation and easy to use. Our engineers had never used the product and they had no trouble getting up to speed on it quickly. Solution integrated well with our Notes on-prem and cloud environments.
Binary Tree made allowed for a daunting project to become easy and seamless. We are able to spend more time migrating to O365, compared to the big bang approach. This has allowed us more training time with our end users, which they and our HelpDesk appreciates.

We were unable to migrate individual mailbox rules but this may be a limitation of 365.
I have very little to be disliked. The only complaint I do have is in the overall look and feel of the product, but that is not Binary Tree, that is Domino. If you have any experience with Domino applications, you know what I mean.
PowerShell scripts are not readily available for customization. The migration staffs/engineers need to know both Notes and Exchange Online to use scripts for automation. It will be an excellent tool if Binary Tree makes such PowerShell scripts readily available for download.

CMT works fine for Notes-> Exchange Migration
We used Binary Tree CMT to migrate on-premise Lotus Notes to on-premise Exchange. The product itself worked well for migrating mailbox content and providing free/busy information between systems during coexistence. The professional services during setup were top notch.
